For Venue Decorations:
- Orders have to be placed 2-3weeks in advance (excluding day of order and delivery).
- Auto reply e-mail will be sent after submission of your online order and our sales consultant will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order. An order confirmation will be sent thereafter.
- A free delivery, set-up service to ONE location is applicable with minimum spending of $280.(Excluding delivery charges, bridal car and any other promotion) must be fulfilled for all online purchase.
- 100% upfront payment required.
- 50% deposit upon confirmation and balance 50% 2 weeks before wedding date.
- 50% deposit will be forfeited for any cancellation within 3 weeks of the wedding date, balance 50% will be applicable for cancellation of orders.
